Pennwood Estates Mobile Home Park has been acquired by Pennwood Estates MHC, LLC which took over management of the park on the 28th of August, 2018.
Our company specializes in acquiring and revitalizing mobile home communities. Over the next several months, and years, we will work tirelessly to cleanup and restore Pennwood Estates, then, fill it with individuals and families that are eager to make it their home.
We know that you will have many questions during the transition. For now, the main takeaway for you is that you have a cleaner, more vibrant neighborhood to look forward to. Also, note that current leases, park rules, balances owed, and security deposits have all been transferred as part of the sale. Howard Mellot will continue in his role as the onsite property manager. Finally, we have no plans to increase rents at this time.
Please excuse the flurry of activity in the park over the coming months as we make repairs and improvements. We will be sure to share more detail as the final plans take shape. Also, expect to receive new leases and park rules within the next 30 days.
